Circleback Source Adapter

Meeting capture is a private source adapter owned by source.absorb, not an automatic entity-propagation workflow.

Current State

meeting-sync is a paused Automation V2 definition because the official CLI does not yet have an OAuth session or declared account/workspace authority. The old direct bearer-token MCP call is obsolete: Circleback now documents its official CLI and OAuth-backed remote MCP route. Reactivation requires a read-only connector fixture that binds meeting ID, date window, meeting detail, full transcript revision/hash, privacy, and completeness without leaking transcript text.

The adapter searches identities first, reads detailed meeting records, then reads full transcripts in cohorts of no more than 50—the limit documented by Circleback. It records the joined payload as a content-addressed private revision, so edited transcripts are replayed rather than skipped. Source: Circleback CLI; Circleback MCP

Route

npm run sync:meetings
npm run brain -- workflow plan source.absorb source:meetings.circleback

Cross-referencing Calendar is a later correlation step and must preserve both source identities. Meeting summaries, action items, and attendee frequency are evidence, not automatic wiki edits.

Completion Proof

  • OAuth, account authority, and read-only source scope are explicit;
  • every meeting uses its provider identity and revision as the dedupe key;
  • consent/retention boundaries are satisfied outside the collector;
  • incomplete transcript or attachment evidence holds freshness;
  • any proposed stable-owner change appears once in Daily Brief.
